floor living and 25m2 of attic spaces and front and rear decking/veranda
measuring 90m2.
The bach contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one bedroom designed as a Master
with ensuite.
A generous kitchen anchors the living space that includes the
lounge and dining areas, 2 sets of bi-folding doors are flanked by
an entertainment wall which holds a fireplace + built-in shelves and
opposite a feature library wall.
The large external deck sits underneath a pergola structure that can house
sun shades, creating an intimate setting between
internal and external living.
